I'm still kinda shocked even hours after the fact....even with my concerns i still thought suggs had star potential, i'm talking multiple time all-star....finally caught a break, the tank ended up working out lol

Still … now that it is more real (and I’m too lazy to go back through each page):

Where does Suggs fit? What is our rotation?

PG: Fultz, Cole
SG: Suggs, RJ

Or do we look to trade someone?

Beginning of the season I think it’ll be

Suggs/Cole
RJ/Harris

Once Fultz comes back, we will see where we are at development wise.

RJ best off the bench or starter? That will the dictate what we do with Harris and Fultz.

Suggs/Cole
Fultz/RJ

Is what I see. I don’t know if Fultz gets traded. It’s possible but I gotta believe they want to see him healthy before they do anything. It would have to take a complete monster showing from RJ IMO to even entertain that thought. There’s still some investment in Fultz. I don’t know if that shot will ever be what we hope for it to be. Think they’ll take the season to find that out and see how everyone meshes then go from there.

Watching that block from behind then full court bounce pass from the tourney, I'd say it's a pretty accurate description. Seems like Suggs will do everything well and some things exceptionally well. No weakness in his game.

I also read that Suggs has never dedicated all his time to basketball because of football or school. He's already great but he might still be a late bloomer.

Was just listening to Windhorst podcast...I knew Suggs was a big time HS football player but they said he had offers from BAMA :o among others...confirm?

I finally watched some of his football videos last night and he is a great football player too. The highlights I watched were more on his running and defensive ability rather than his passing, but all of that is going to translate to the NBA.
I heard that he was the best quarterback in the NBA.

To start the season, I don't expect fultz back right away so pretty interested to see a suggs Cole starting backcourt, I think that's Cole ideal position, as a scoring guard off the ball and with suggs he has a play maker who could defend SG on defense

Should be pretty interesting

Didn't really think about those 2 playing together.

Suggs/RJ
Cole/Harris
Okeke/Ross
JI/Wagner
WCJ/Bamba

Don't hate it.

Nice draft buds. I think both Raps/Magic ended up with right guys at the end of the day. They'll both get to develop in the right situation. Toronto can afford to tackle a project meanwhile Orlando gets the immediate spark you've been looking for. Happy for your org

ive said before, jealous of the development track record in Toronto. FVV out of nowhere, Siakam, OG looking good, Boucher, unlocked Lowry

how about you send some of those development coaches down to Orlando for some summer vacations. we'll send them back just before the season starts :D

So most importantly, with Isaac already having #1, what number does Suggs wear for the Magic?!? I am going to guess #2.

Glad to see you have already progressed into the 3rd stage of grief. Moving along quite well.

Don't know. Maybe more of a split with Suggs??
gets a bit clouded when Fultz gets back, I hope Harris is the odd man out of the guard rotation.

I think Suggs and RJ end up becoming the starters when it’s all said and done. That’s a very solid back court if Hampton can hone in on his ability to stretch the floor and provide solid defense.

A lot of interesting lineups between Suggs/Cole/Fultz/RJ

The more I watch Suggs I truly think he could be the best player in this draft.

Not sure when this video was taken and I know its a scrimmage, but Suggs was taking it to Cade every play.

I could dig #2. Some other options:

#0 - to spite Gilbert Arenas
#8 or #24 - Kobe fan
#9 - his team USA number

really hope we can build around him.
and with build i mean playing a basketball style that fits his strong point.

let the guy take risks on defence,no more conservative schemes, and let our guys run, especially after a block or a steal.

no more slowing the pace,no more turnovers seen as a nightmare.

let the guys have fun and entertain us,don't try to be conservative for one time in our history.

I'm thinking we've finally got a player where fans won't be complaining that he's not being used enough or not given the keys. He'll be so far and away the best player on the team that he'll be number 1 on the food chain be default.
