Cam Reddish seems to be on the block wouldn't mind taking a shot at him.

Wow; just realised it is only 10 days until we get Basketball again (the Summer league).

No, he's still at the 3pt line bricking everything he shoots.

He played well in the conf finals, I feel like he could extend this confidence into next season. Feel like he can break out, the 3rd, 4th season is when it typically happens.

People have felt like he's going to break out every year since he left HS.

I don't know about that statement but most guys don't show promise until the 3rd or 4th season. I will wait until then to cast judgment.

He had 1 good game.

He was drafted high with one of most unjustified draft hypes in history ( terrible college player ) , pegged as " better than Ja Morant" during draft, played like s***t rookie year, played even worst second year. You have to go back 4 years, when he was 17 to find last footage of him not sucking at basketball, and it's just him being at times 6'6 at highschool and bullying smaller players.

He looks like nba player because he is athletic 6'8. But his skillset yells " Walmart Hezonja" . People think Hez was s***t ?
Cam shoots 37,8% FG, 31% for 3 , has worst shooting efficiency than Wes Iwundu, never goes at rim , never draws fouls , has negative turnover to assist ratio, has negative impact all around, never was positive for a team in any category.
And you think all that is gone because he had game where in playoffs he was ignored by Bucks and just made 6 threes?

Watch that game. Try to explain why somebody has missmatch on Bobby Portis and Brook Lopez and just does dribble pullup over them and does not attack them? It makes no sense, even during his best game as a pro, he still was clueless, it just went in.

He reminds me on Jeff Green. Player who takes terrible shoots, hurts you 9 games in a row, but in 10th he makes shots, and still hurts your offense and defense but shot looks smoother.

I completely agree and I am aware of his flaws. If he doesn't start showing signs by the end of his 4th year, when many young players start to blossom, that is when I will throw in the towel. But right now I still think he has time.

I did not realise that the Warriors came out with the draft many here expected: Kuminga and Moody. WOW. Golden St. got great value with their picks.

I'd take a chance on Reddish. Hawks trying to win...Harris or Ross helps them asap. Reddish makes sense at the 3 for us. I was never his biggest fan but he wasn't afraid of the moment in the ECF which is promising. He has all the talent in the world maybe he is just putting it together.
The hero Orlando deserves is out there somewhere, Dwight was not the one we needed. So we will hunt for him...

Is Reddish + lottery protected 1st round too much to ask for Ross?

If you like Reddish or not, but value wise you have to add a protected pick from us to get Reddish, Ross or not. You wont get one.
Not a fan of him but his value is still much higher, justified or not.
2nd ATL are open to move him, because they have to pay him & they have so many guys to pay in the next 2-3 years on current rookie contracts. They wanted a lottery pick to draft his 4 year long cheap replacement ala Trey Murphy, Moody & co. They dont wanna bring in a expensive vet like Ross.

If they were rebuilding I would have loved their draft but Kuminga and Moody are super young and Kuminga is a project, so I don't know how they help in their title hopes.

And-1

Moody helps as a solid 10th man for their 2021/22 roster (deep bench depth). But Kuminga is pointless for the Warriors. He needs to be traded. Indeed Golden St. really, really needs PG depth. Orlando is loaded in back-up PGs. So .....

Anthony and the 2022 Orlando first unprotected for Kuminga's rights. Add Carter-Williams if need be.
