Not sure there will be a higher bid. Interesting for the Pels. We'll see serious Grif is about turning the keys over to Kira Lewis.

Well this report is clearly fake. Do I think teams are already taking to agents despite tampering rules preventing it? Of course they are. Are either agents or front offices going to tell reporters about this? No, no they are not. Especially not in light of what happened with the Bucks and Bogdan last year.

This is simply a guy who knows the Bulls need a PG and who knows the Pels are looking to upgrade and "reporting" this now so if it happens he can tout he had it first to build a following. Don't fall for every rumor you see. Stop and think it through for just a minute and what is the motivation for this being out here. There is none if the story is legit. So this is either made up completely, which is by far the most likely, or this is Ball's agent planting a story trying to drum up what has been a soft market.

Money aside, Lonzo makes a lot of sense for the bulls.

I'm not sure he's worth it, but a ton of players in the past 5 years have broken out after their rookie contract has ended and Lonzo after getting his 3 point shot fixed adds a lot of value as an off ball SG.

Seems viable.

That's a pretty fair offer for Lonzo. Dare I say, even underpaid in a couple of years I'd Lonzo continues his growth.

When’s free agency start ? Why doesn’t all this stuff start at the same time? It’s so stupid to me. Teams are making trades but can’t talk to other players and work their roster fully.

Seems viable.

He's definitely worth it in comparison to someone like Schroder. Great defender, improved shooter on very high volume, excellent passer and doesn't need the ball always in his hands to be effective either. Add all that AND him still being very young with more growing in his game.

He's definitely worth 20 mill per. Especially on a contender.

Monday 6 Eastern is when teams and players can talk and deals can be reached, but not yet officially signed. NBA has that stupid moratorium period. Though at least its not longer 10 full days.

He’s pretty much the perfect fit for what the Bulls need at the position. I really hope we get him. I’d even be comfortable with a 4/90 contract.

This just goes to show who the haves and have-nots are in this league. You have the Lakers getting Westbrook for a pile of junk, you have Lowry likely going to the Heat for I'm guessing similar junk. Meanwhile teams like us are duking it out for the rights to overpay Lonzo freakin Ball. That's like fighting over deck chairs on the titanic.
