Most teams will prefer Ball, Lowry and Dinwiddie. I would look at the teams that are pursuing them that miss out. I’m guess would be a Kemba deal happens after the other guys are off the table.

we probably used the Gallo trade exceptions. Still 3 more trade exceptions (happy if we can use one more, the Adams one would be huge).
But is it right, that trade exceptions count on our salary cap ? That would be new for me.

Teams that are looking for a new or upgrade at PG:
Mavs
Pelicans
Heat
Clippers
Bulls
Knicks
Celtics
Wizards
Raptors maybe?
Ball, Lowry, Dinwiddie, Schroeder, Dragic are all likely to get picked up by one of those teams, but that still leaves quite a few leftover. Don't think it'll be too hard to move off of him in the next week or so, kind of wouldn't be shocked to see him go to the Clippers if we're not opposed to trading with them with our draft pick incentives there.
