see, if i was you, i'd go complain about how much of a worthless troll you are (which you are, but that's besides the point) but, because i'm not a little bitch, i'll laugh it off. i'm glad you're happy about winning the wild card with a $200 million payroll though.

I'll enjoy the wild card with my $200 million dollar payroll and I'll enjoy working for my $4.6 Billion dollar company. I will now go bathe in $100 bills, enjoy your vacation in the Carribean next week....I hear its beeeee-u-tee-ful this time of year.

Was that an homage to Seinfeld?

That argument is getting a little old. The Yankees have money to spend therefore they will spend it, as they should. The Mets have one of the highest payrolls in baseball and they play in a league where they were the best, that's right, the best team in the NL all year and they are folding right now. In May and June and even July the notion that the Yankees would clinch a spot before the Mets, let alone a playoff spot, was a notion that was not only valid, but made well aware to Yankees fans from Mets fans. On the Mets page on Realgm there was a "laugh at the Yankees" thread.

The payroll could be 300 million for all I care. The Yankees clinched a playoff spot. The Mets haven't done that yet. Hell, the Mets might not even make it this year. Calling 34celtic a "little bitch" is not only classless, but it's a window into your frustrations as a Mets fan right now. It isnt necessary nor is it funny. By the way sir, how much money does Chien Ming-Wang make? Or Melky Cabrera? Joba Chamberlain? Phil Hughes? Doug Mientkiewicz? Robinson Cano? Those are the players that have picked us up and got us where we are right now. Yea, there are obviously overpaid players on the Yanks but it's not my money.

i'm flattered you're so fond of me, but i don't swing that way dude. sorry.

Another futile attempt at humor. Enough. We get it. You're snippy.

1) who the hell are you, and why did you spend 15 minutes of your life writing that post?

2) that first post was directed at "abraham lincoln," so i don't even know why you went off on that tangent about me insulting celtic. try reading posts more than once next time. :)

i know you're trying to come to the aid of your fellow yankee fans. i can respect that, since they're clearly incapable of doing anything other than taking their ball, running home and complaining to a grown up. but seriously, shut the **** up. that was one of the most pompous posts i've ever read on any message board. i don't even know why i just gave away 5 minutes of my time to respond to that worthless post you just made.

Complaining to a grown up? Did I mention "grown-ups" or mods for that matter? Taking whose ball? It was a response to not only your immaturity for calling someone a little bitch, but to the tired 200 million dollar payroll argument that just bugs me. 15 minutes? Try 5 dude. I have a brain under my skeletal being. It doesn't take me 15 minutes to write 2 paragraphs.
