Rokas can go anywhere on the court. Dude has good handles and shiftyness dunno if that can translate to the NBA but he is darn much better than Vildoza

He seems intriguing. I'll admit to not being able to truly ascertain the difference between a guy who make an NBA bench a the guy who just misses it and has a great career in other leagues.

That said, he'll get bundled with other stuff into a trade, maybe as early as Monday.

Because the Knicks didn't convert one pick out of a fixed $ amount and into a $ free asset (2021 pick #19 turned into future pick) and then convert pick #32 into a player and ANOTHER $ free asset (Rokas) for nothing.

Then again, it might not be Monday, but be for something next year.
In any event, whatever the 2021 #19 conveys to, and whatever Rokas becomes, those players won't be Knicks.

I just hope he never comes over and joins the Knicks and gets on their cap space. Right now, he is perfection. May it always be so.

Drafting an Euro is always fun like spinning a wheel you never know what you'll get but if everything goes right it can be a game changer

I need to see how to leads an NBA offense before hating this pick. He appears to be crafty and creative, which is critical for a PG but means jack if it works on kids and euro bums.

^ This. Exact quote:

"I'm waiting to hear from my agent regarding the summer league. Of course it also depends on the club (Barcelona). It will be an interesting time. If I go to the States now, then I'd have to fly back straight to Barcelona (as opposed to Lithuania) so I won't get to see my family for a while, interesting feeling. I'd really like to try myself in the summer league though, for such an organization like the Knicks. It depends how the Knicks will plan it out, who they will choose to invite. The Barcelona training camp starts in the middle of August. Right now I'm training and preparing for the season, but the summer league could adjust those plans."

That's great news, I'd love to see him in summer league and hope the Knicks invite him to play.

As they should for someone who's most likely a role player material.

Good to hear his contract let's him play Summer League. Can he come to camp under his deal or the EL schedule?

Nice video. Lefties in pick and roll (i'm left handed) have a bit of an advantage given most roll men are right handed and prefer to finish right. The majority of lefties shoot better off the dribble going right, looks like he's this way as well. His jumper is really nice lefty form with a nice triangle and his shooting elbow pretty consistent whether it's set or pull up. One thing you can't do in Europe that you can do under the broken NBA rules, is set the screen and go right and if they go over just jump back left and act like you've been shot with a bow and arrow.

Barcelona training camp starts in the middle of August, right after the summer league, so no that would be impossible. Unless the Knicks buy him out and bring him over this year.
