I dont think you'd need assets to dump Dragic in a potential 3 team deal. That said, if assets were needed, they would certainly come from the Heat and not the Raps. Raps are helping facilitate Lowry to Miami, theyre not gonna pay for that pleasure

I mean you could, but if you facilitate a S&T with the Heat, you'll get some assets back in exchange for just letting him walk for nothing. This is all under the assumption that the Raptors don't want to take back on Dragic's large salary

Dallas and Indy are cornering the market on centers. Pretty soon we can argue that someone like Brown or Goga isn't anything special, but the only other options are guys like Drummond.

Dear Lord the board narratives that are dying hard this off-season.

This was a guy I wanted Dallas to buy low on in the Rick Carlisle days so now I want Indy too. I am convinced there is real talent there that the right coach can bring out.

Shams has Dallas officially picking up WCS. I assume this is to have a matching salary knowing $4M can be dumped if need be. He's useful as a backup center, but I don't have him worth $4.1M considering what can be found for a min contract at center every year.
