So much noise out there.

I for one believe the Derozan stuff. We have been linked to him for years, and there is a reason why.

So many options but we have the right guys to make the correct decisions. I think it’s obvious we want to build a team to compete now, long term outlook be damned. It’s the Heat way and has lead to continued success.

This is so ridiculous. Our team is gonna so old over paid and wack. I hate DErozen! Hate Lowry... I'm so mad we let Iggy go..Now we cant trade for Beal or Dame, kiss them goodbye. This is so wack were gonna be treadmill 2nd round bust for 4more years. Hopefully by then Bam in his prime at 27 can lure Mitchell and Tatum here. I am done venting.

Honestly, let's hope that luring doesn't go in the opposite direction

I don’t see anything realistic S&T wise with Iguodala. He’s 37 and extremely limited at this point of his career. If something was going down it would have happened with the 15 opt in. He’s probably only worth the BAE at this point or vet minimum with the Warriors.

I think the idea is that you can entice a team to take him on and buy him out with an asset (picks, Duncan, whatever) instead of losing their FA (i.e Derozan) for nothing.

When are we getting Lamarcus Aldridge too? I think the Heat have the inside track on "older is better". They see what Tom Brady is doing at 50 years of age, and are going to try and replicate it.

The team who just won the title had a 31 year old, a 33 year old and 36 year old in their starting lineup. Middleton will be 30 in less than two weeks too.

I'd love to see the salary comparison of our old guys vs Bucks old guys.

30 and 31 is not what makes you old, those are peak prime yrs for star players. Old is when when your past your prime and on an obvious downward trajectory.

Lowry (26-30mil) past his prime
Batum(9.6mid-level) past his prime
Derozan (20mil) past his prime, but not old
Danny Green(any amount=too much) past his prime



Bucks only have two players on their ENTIRE roster who are (old) past their prime B.Lopez(13mil) and P.J. Tucker(8.3mil)...and they make peanuts compared to what we are about to get ourselves into.

He played PF all last year.

And that worked out great for San Antonio.

DeRozan was their best player, he'd be 3rd or 4th best with Miami. It would be a huge upgrade over Ariza.

Yeah, you'd have to include GS to try to get a deal done to use Iggy. Toss in more to GS to try to get Oubre Jr. to SA for S&T for DeRozan.
