And maybe he can mentor Lithuanian RJ who is getting Dragic comparisons

Disagree, you are underestimating Lowry

He was starting to look washed last year. Solid player still but not the star he used to be

I agree. He is old and I didn’t want the Knicks to sign him. He’s getting paid because cp3 seems to defy logic and Father Time and still play well at age 37 or however old he is. I don’t have the same confidence in Lowry and he could be an albatross contract

Riley has been taking bas risks for years, trading picks, matching crazy RFA contacts, look at the Oladipo trade which blew up in his face. He is so embedded in the Heat, when they go wrong it’s brushed under the rug.

Can still give us 25-30 minutes of smart PG play.

Some inside info?

I'd rather they just release him after this year. :D

Kind of inside… there’s a certain center on the Pacers we like…

PG rumors have always been Lonzo, CP3, Graham, Nunn and Schroeder plus everyone assuming Rose is coming back

Some people just want something to complain about.

3 reasons for the complaint
1)Riley
2) heat don’t need cap space and still sign biggest free agent
3) team in east getting better

The Heat showed us we dont need cap space to get stars.

What makes me laugh is nearly every player anyone mentions we might sign is "not good enough", yet the roster is thin AF.

You'd kind of think we NEED to sign/resign about 5 players.

Isn't the rat going after Ingram via trade too? Lowry/Jimmy/Ingram/Bam is a very solid core.

Most people are hoping for the swing-for-the-fences move or go home

When are teams gonna decide to stop helping the Heat out? Treat them the way they treat the Knicks.

I guess teams prob don't think like that; those are the thoughts of fans

Unless we're trading Mitch, RJ, and our draft picks, what could we possible get in a trade? I hope they have a plan but, as we've seen before, plans can fall apart very quickly in NBA free agency.

After Lebron, I really hate this wait for the big catch strategy. Waiting on Dame is preventing us from making moves to progress our roster forward. Lebron, KD, and Kyrie. It isn’t a great strategy for us
