Wasn't it well known that the girl was a gold-digger before PJ?

I remember a lot of people on twitter talking about it.

I'm not surprised at all this happened to him. He, like a lot of young guys, forget how to use the right head when an attractive girl gives them attention.

No wonder he came into camp last year so unfocused, and clearly without putting in the work during the off-season. Yes he improved over the season, but this drama is a red flag. Bad judgement, celebrity, mixes poorly with work ethic.

Honestly spent the whole season waiting for someone on this forum to put two and two together. Would have done it myself if I wasn't too busy wondering if there was some unspoken rule about (not) commenting on player's private lives. This girl was obviously trouble with a capital T and (not being sexist here) I'm afraid we saw the effects with PJ's play this year.

Fully expect our boy PJ to end up wiser for the experience and tear through training camp like a man possessed. This year is the year PJ proves he's a keeper and a stud in this league. (Though maybe "stud" is a poor choice of words.)

I just read that PJ's ex allegedly said that athletes are really dumb and that he might be paying her 200,000 a month for their child. She allegedly secretly filed for divorce two months after the child was born. And to think I had a chance to marry a gorgeous girl who is now a Dr. who was beyond perfect but turned it down all because I thought I could EASILY find a replacement lmao. Things we do when you're young.... SMH if true.

it's gotta be 200,000 a year, not a month. either total is absurd, but still.

that's a pretty **** up situation. I don't know anything about the twitter drama with this chick but if she's got a history, PJ should've known he was just the next rich guy in line to lose money.

Now that I think about it it's probably less than 200k a year. It fan be up to 40% of your salary (which probably is considering he makes millions). He makes what like a little over 4 million?

Regardless that sucks for him. Bad.
