I wanted to see him play at the Olympics, but this is probably the better decision both for himself and for the Jazz.

Honestly I hate when our players go and play at the Olympics, that’s how seeds of super teams get planted and we won’t be on the receiving end.

I’m confused why Utah gave up a 2nd for Matt Thomas only to waive him a couple of months later.
