a SG who's gone all Hollywood in Miami despite being average

Poor Bam.. when the Heat eventually flop, he's the guy that needs to be pulled out of the wreckage

There really isn't anything he can do but woo players and make the best offer they can make and wait. Like he can get everyone to call Batum and try to sell them on the franchise but Batum is still going to wait to see if someone comes in with a big money offer.

And even independent of money, Batum may prefer to not move away from the team he did better with last year.

If Utah really wants serviceable player on the cheep like Paschall, GS doesn't benefit that much from 1.8 mil TPE and late 2nd round. I could care less for their 2nd round, I am asking for the 1st plus TPE for Paschall. Unless GS is desperate to clear up the roster spot and they really soured on Paschall. I hate that to be the case, that is a waste of an asset, even small asset.
