Really interested to see how the Dinwiddie thing pans out... from my perspective:

-Dinwiddie Cant go back to the Nets. even on a "bargain" at say 17.5M, it will cost the Nets like an additional 40-50M in luxury tax on top of that. Dinwiddie back seems like a non-starter.

-Cap space for Dinwiddie (at least for teams that need a G/PG) is basically gone. Teams remaining would all need the Nets help in a sign and trade

-Nets cant really take back a ton of salary, would need to find a creative way to send out Deandre Jordan along with dinwiddie.

Something like:

Nets in:
Kuzma
TPE

Wizards in:
Dinwiddie

3rd team:
takes on DJ and brings in a protected wizards pick and one or both of the nets first rounders from the other night.

Dont love the Kuzma fit, but nets add legit rotation talent for a net 3M increase to their payroll, dump jordan, and can figure out re routing kuzma in season if it doesnt fit well enough.

Mills never made sense for the Nets. maybe marks doing his pal a solid to help drive his salary up?

Nets have Kyrie or Harden running the ball on the 2nd unit when the other sits, just draft a bench microwave type in cam thomas, and traded for Carter to fill backup PG.

Nets need more of a catch and shoot wing to replace shamet, not an on ball type. and also need size/athletes not more skilled smalls.
