And there is confirmation that Hayes and Cade will be starting next season.

That Barnes bet is horrible. He isn’t going to put up the kinds of numbers that win an award. Bouknight would be a far better bet.

Shoot, I was way off. I thought that was Carlos Boozer, Jimmy Butler and Mos Def.

And why is Mos Def making the symbol for white supremacy?

Maybe he's fluent in American Sign Language?

With those odds I'd bet on Jalen Green. I think Green's athleticism gives him a slight advantage in year one. Plus, Cade's comments about trying to find his fit with the team rather than coming here to by the main guy.

I actually think once we realize we aren't making a run for those play-in games, Cade's usage goes up and his stats go up and his numbers in the 2nd half of the season are likely quite a bit better than the first half of the season.

Yeah Green is the best bet on there with the odds. Hes going to have a Ant Edwards style rookie year which is going to put him in the running. Cades a deserving favorite though as hes going to have a all around stat line something like 15-16ppg 5-6reb 4-5assst which is something around Lamelos rookie year.

That's just because they want him to play the 2 next to Killian. If they wanted him to play SF they would list him 6'8
You need 2-way wings, 2-way shooting bigs, and you can't allow low iq players on the court. Assist/turnover ratio is crucial. Shooting point guards are icing on the cake IF they are plus defenders.
Weaver & Casey, govern yourselves accordingly!

I just saw that.

This is not good news and Weaver better be working on a trade ASAP. How can anyone expect a 6'6" player to play SF or defend SF's in the NBA? Two extra inches is a big deal.
Spoiler:
That's what she said

I love Cade and his game, but I finally found a true forum-worthy gem for discussing a Cade flaw.

He picked LeBron as the GOAT over Jordan.

Just noticed Jaden Hardy calling himself a Detroit baller the other day. He's probably a bigger scoring guard than Jalen Green. He'd look good next to Cade.

I'm not sure I can endure another season where we're bad enough to get that type of player.

Not that I have a choice.

See you in mid April.

We possibly won’t be that bad, but I can’t see the Pistons being that much better.
