Unsure of what the Raps cap situation is, Kendrick Nunn would be a niiice player for the Raps.

No they don't, dallas has about 14mill under the cap. They just have to shed WCS If need be and send us Moses Brown.

Bullock was signed with the MLE
Sterling brown with the BAE
THJ was using their bird rights

Dallas is operating above the cap

they dont have cap room; you just proved it, teams with cap room cant use full MLE or BAE.
They are operating as over the cap team.
