I think we are good enough now to beat the Nets/Bucks/Heat/Hawks/Celtics/76ers/Lakers/Nuggets/Suns/Jazz/clipper/etc. We are definitely in the game now.

3 borderline all-stars costing less than $80m against the cap. Not shabby when you consider guys like Westbrook and Wall make well more than half of that.

They got Lonzo, DeRozan and Caruso giving up only backups whilst remaining over the cap and maintaining the full MLE and BAE and people are complaining about a freaking 25' FRP that is probably lottery protected??????

This offseason feels like it's going downhill... Teams looks scarier I guess, but not really textbook roster building here. Thad was a much better fit than DDR...

Good point, if things get ugly, we can move whomever and set the locker room on fire to get some picks and do this over again. I like what I've seen from this FO though, mfers are aggressive

That's a good point. This is a different front office, that much is clear. If there is a guy they are targeting in the back end of a future 1st round I have confidence in these guys to make a move to make it happen. Hopefully we will be good enough for the next 3-year window where we wouldn't have been looking at lottery picks anyway.

I don't understand people complaining about the money. We have to get out of the Garpax mindset where we operated like a small market team. This new front office is making moves and spending money. The salary cap will continue to rise in the upcoming years. Be happy the goal is to compete for a championship!
