It's at the 6:43 mark of the 1ST Q and the Spurs have yet to score...

It is 4-0 Jazz...

My stream is SO choppy. It was 17-10 after the 1ST Q after a comical amount of misses by both teams.

By early 2ND Q, none of the Spurs starters had scored yet. 0-11. Oof.

But then as the game progressed we cut it to 30-29 Jazz with us playing some stingy D and the O just beginning to come together. We're showing some good hustle and resilience. Good baskets in transition.

34-31 for the Jazz White at half time. Competitiveness is there throughout where cohesion among players who've only had four practices ever together is not yet. We closed the gap winning the Q 21-17 with hustle which I like.

Seems like we're practicing our DNP - 'reasons' before the start of the season so we don't get docked money again

Yeah the first couple of games are always giving the guys you don't hear much about a shot to see if there is anything there. It's also a chance for them to show out, and for the coaching staff to show Pop how they're progressing. It's sort of evaluation/show of game type of thing.

Yeah we got dominated 28-12 in the 3RD Q as the Jazz White pulled away and didn't look back. Obvious point but we couldn't put the ball in the basket.

I don't need to see Vassell in summer league really.
Jones and Primo could use it but like I said in the other thread, summer league no one is really trying to win and everyone is trying to get noticed so the quality of play is hard to watch.

And 25-15 in the 4TH Q as we were simply out-executed. We had moments but we still look like a team that just got together a short while ago. Practicing plays, executing will be a focus.

Jeffries actually had himself a nice game with 8/7. Turner led us with 13/7. Matt Mitchell had 11 points on 2/3 from 3.

Jazz White have this huge C who just destroyed it on P&R alley oops bowling us out of the way even though we had inside position. Can't stop that once it's up, just have to figure out a way to pressure the ball handler and prevent the pass.

My space bar is wonky. Very annoying.

Well hopefully we got some jitters out of the way and have a better showing tomorrow:
