You heard it here....this will be Pat Riley's last season with the team. He's becoming Al Davis, Jerry Jones, Bill O'Brien(Texans), Billy King(nets), etc.. When decision makers get either way up in age or on the hot seat, they become dangerous and impatient, and tend to make horrible decisions that jeopardizes the franchise's future in order to microwave wins. Normally I'm fine with having a horrible season, because it means a great pick...but apparently we mortgaged that away to Houston as well. I literally can not wait til Simon takes over.

We’ve heard this all before.

Go have fun at the Nunn is as good as Lowry party

Can we just sign Yurt for 5 years now before he blows up and gets a 200 million contract from us?

Marcus Garrett is intriguing. NBA length and athleticism. Havent seen him shoot, but he has nice quickness and can get to the basket.

But that doesnt even make sense. If a star wants out then that means they are rebuilding. A rebuilding team has no need for Duncan but they will want high draft picks which again we wont have. So it will all magically come down to Herro?

Heck we cant even get any compensation for Nunn but will have Herro as the reason why we get a star? Im all for optimism but also thats where reality kicks in.

The positive for us is we improved the team without losing both Duncan Herro.. we were all expecting one of them to be gone.. the key now for us is Dipo. If he comes back healthy and plays this coming season and can contribute it’s a wrap.

Halftime: Yurtseven 15 minutes | 14/11/1 | 59% TS | 2-4 3P

A legit 7 footer with size that can space the floor and crash the boards. Would be a nice fit next to Bam.

Comparing Nunn with Lowry shows why Riley is a basketball legend and you have zero NBA basketball knowledge. And I say this respectfully.

Numbers don't tell the whole story

Nunn could not stay on the floor during the playoffs.. His numbers are empty calories

BTW making this guy Yurtseven making 3s and getting rebounds makes me nervous... I would be more comfortable if he was under contract.. Someone will snatch him

Oladipo in a reduced role off the bench should mitigate some of the injury concerns going into next season. He and Herro 2nd unit complement each other well while point of attack defense doesn't see a significant dip when Lowry/Jimmy sits

It will die down and normalize. You know free agency is a real emotional time. Think we are doing good considering the lack of true assets. I love the toughness identity we are building.

Morris is a good/decent signing, I wish we were this proactive last season and didn't virtually throw it away (especially more aggressive on the Harden front)

Excited to watch this team, although they might not be contenders for anything

They supposedly talked him about his contract before moving it. He will be resigned.

I feel like someone has put a voodoo curse on some of the Heat fan base, so they are blind to Nunn's talent.

Homie can go out there as a young prospect and put up 30 points and 8 assists on 48% FG shooting, and I'll read stupid takes like "IM SO DONE WTIH NUNN" in game threads.

Nunn was the best young prospect we had in a Heat uniform. Period. Better than Herro, Robinson, all of them.

And we just lost him for nothing.

Yurtsevens 15 rebounds are the most by a Heat player in 20 years.
