Current Depth Chart

G: Suggs, Anthony, Fultz (hurt)
G: Harris, Hampton, MCW
F: Okeke, Ross, Bacon (team option to decide by 8/9)
F: Isaac, Wagner
C: Carter, Bamba, Lopez

Free Agents: Ennis, Brazdeikis, Randle, Wagner, Hall

Still have 1-2 open roster spots depending on Bacon and 2 open two-way spots.

I think Ross was a black hole, because that was Clifford's game plan. I'm pretty sure Ross even spoke about that early on. Clifford probably told the other players to pass it to Ross when he's in the game. I think keeping him will help space the floor.

Cedi is also an awful defender. His net rating the last 3 years, -11.0, -9.0, -12.8.

There is value to Ross on our current team. He will space the floor and run for our new place n space offense. Even if we don't trade him before next summer, his contract would be easy to move at any point.

At times you almost have to double team him on the perimeter, because he's able to get difficult shots off. I prefer having him over Harris.

I agree, we still need Ross and he still has value. He is instant offense. And I don't think we are tanking this upcoming year

Still feel a little young. Always good to have a couple older pros actually playing a bit despite it being annoying when they get leaned on too much by coach. If Ennis comes back I'll assume the front office thinks he, Ross, and Robin can lead us through a rough year.

i want to bring M.Wagner back for that 3rd PF slot, but Josh Robbins makes it seem like we're hoping for a higher-quality vet for that position. Milsap fits the bill.

What other vet PF options make sense?

This is exactly my depth chart for the current roster. It has Hampton, Ross, and Wagner in new roles. But that is the way they will get playing time.

That 3rd year on Osman is only partially guaranteed though. I think they should consider it if Cavs throw in a pick. They also own Houston's '22 SRP which might end up first pick of the 2nd round next draft.

When the Raptors come to play at AMWAY, SCOTTIE BARNES should get A LOUD CHEER/STANDING OVATION.

My favorite lineup would be Suggs, Cole, RJ, Franz, Isaac
My favorite lineup with Suggs out of the lineup due to rest/foul trouble would be Fultz, Cole, RJ, Franz, Isaac

You gotta include Masai for that. I have a feeling the rest of the RAPs FO wanted Suggs but he insisted on Scottie. SO kudos to him and lucky for us.

meaning Barnes went 4th that made us all feel special and lucky to get Suggs.
