At what price, though? You know McLaughlin and Nowell are paid peanuts.

I expect Smith could be signed for a little over the minimum, especially if the Wolves offered him a good chance at rotation minutes.

I wouldn't be surprised.

6-8 different teams? Definitely not surprised that's taking a while to hash out. Yeah I wouldn't be surprised either if Minny is involved, though I suspect a more minor involvement like absorbing Hutchinson into our new TPE and getting a 2nd rounder in return for doing so

Every team you add to a trade complicates things.

The most teams ever in an NBA trade was five, and that was over 20 years ago.

6-8 teams seems unrealistic.

6-8 Teams? Is this guy reliable?

Apparently, it's being added to the Westbrook trade. We'll see.

John Hollinger:
"Hearing the most likely outcome is that the Spencer Dinwiddie sign-and-trade becomes part of the Russell Westbrook trade. That would make it, at minimum, a four-team deal (Nets, Lakers, Wizards, Pacers) that includes a sign-and-trade, base-year compensation and the luxury-tax apron, and there may very well be a fifth team involved to drop off unwanted salary. Fasten your seat belts, cap guys; it's about to get crazy out there".

Hmmm! The more I think about it, working it in with the Westbrook trade helps the money work better.

Let’s see who has the smart CBA guy that can make such a complicated trade come to life!

I'd much rather have Markannen than Kuzma.

If you could roll in MN and OKC where Hutchinson comes our way and Culver and a 2nd goes to OKC I would bite.

I'd rather have either over last year's rotation (Hernangomez, Okogie and Vanderbilt).

Note: McDaniels is more of a SF, IMO.

Kuzma has some shine because he played for the Lakers. He’s not good. He can score a little but does absolutely nothing else to help a team win. He’s a horrid rebounder, defender, passer. I might prefer to just run it with Vando over taking on his deal.

That's how I feel. We don't want him taking shots away from more efficient scorers so in my mind his one perceived 'plus' is actually a minus for us.
