I can't stand the way Luka plays.

Crab dribble backdowns, hope the defender hangs on your back scared to foul, screen, screen, moving screen... It's just not basketball.

Incredible passing and vision, there's no need to play like he does.

The irony. Manu also known for his flopping. Or Bowen played dirty. Oh wait..it's not basketball.

Pretty incredible that France shot 48% from 3 and 84.2% from the FT line, while Slovenia shot 33% and 55%... and it was still a 1 point game. That's the most frustrating part, Slovenia should have gotten this.

I mean very few people wouldn't be gassed.

He is running the entire offense of the team. And the opponents are throwing multiple bodies at Luka to make him tired.

True, that's why he should be less ball dominant. Maybe not in FIBA tournaments, but definitely in Dallas

Dallas should get better and more explosive point/combo guard then.

Team USA in the Finals. Pretty surprising considering how awful Lillard has been the whole tournament. Means, he will probably go out with a 30 point performance in the Gold medal game. Props to France and Slovenia as well. Two more games and then on to next season.

Right after I read your post there was a timeout, Luka didn't touch, look, or show any signs that his wrist was bothering him.

He failed in NBA playoffs, his fails work like a clock there. And with the way Cuban runs his team it will keep on.

Yeah - awesomely bad.

There were seriously people saying that Doncic is better than Kevin Durant. That’s how far this board has fallen.

As for Slovenia - I’ve heard that they’re considering revoking Luka’s citizenship

One thing that Trae has over Luka is that shotmaking ability off the dribble or using a big man pick. His floater is nasty

Note: I don't have a dog in the race since both Trae and Luka are keepers for my fantasy team

His third season at 22 in the very deep Western conference. Carry on.

And yeah Mark Cuban is running this team. That's why no big time free agent will ever play under him. Dirk's prime years proved that.

Country of 2M people being 2 points away from gold medal game is a failure? :o

Still had 16/10/18 game, that's insane for FIBA game. We simply missed too many FT's as a team. And France did a good job with their defense.

Why would Slovenia do that? He's the reason why Slovenia qualifed for the Olympics in the first place.

So many haters on here. Slovenia did well. A block away from being in the gold medal round. It was a great defensive play. I had no preference on who won. I would have liked to see Doncic vs USA but now USA gets a chance at revenge against France.

Wouldn't surprise me if he suffered a bruised wrist or a contusion. He wasn't even looking to score after the step back three attempt for +4 minutes

Who gaf what happened before the actual tournament? The guy cost them a gold / silver. That’s the bottom line
