Bulls have offense, no defense, Heat if helthy will be much better by game 40.

Its hard to answer this given the regular season has become such a diluted product. So many teams resting their stars, you have 28 year old players who can't play back to back games and need rest. The teams, players, and fans don't seem to care about the regular season.

Heat made changes but will it significantly improve their standing and playoff run? Maybe but East is stacked too.

Bulls probably wont make the finals but made a significant leap from lottery to possible contender, and arent done yet. Will probably not go far this year but I can see a second year run

Bulls will not be a top 4 seed, but if they get a healthy Aldridge, and Williams wins most improved, they will start
to win more games than they lose. I'd be happy if they simply make the playoffs as a 6 - 8 seed.

Bulls definitely improved, but the Heat did a lot more and their team was already really good. This year the east is going to be fun.

Bulls, Heat, Knicks, Hornets all improved. Can't rule out the Knicks. They were #4 seed last year and improved their weakest spots by a good margin. 76ers/Nets/Bucks will still most likely be top 3, unless the Sixers move Simmons.
SELL THE TEAM, JIM!!! :curse:

Bull could be the worst defensive team in the nba lmao. Heat are arguably the 3rd best team in the East

Billy Donovan has got to put a defensive minded strategy together. It's really not in stone that the Bulls are a legit top 5 team in the east until they show it on the defensive side. Sure lonzo is a good defender, and cauroso, but what about the 3 stars. They'll get the bulk of minutes. Who's going to be that Thad young type presence. Take charges and get steals and assist plus score all in one player. Zach is really only good on offense. I know he's focused on defense more now with more help on offense.

But talking about it and doing it is different. And we have players like troy brown jr who I feel is probably the best defender on the team or maybe cauroso now. But he will be a 3rd string level player it seem. Ayo probably won't play to much even with white out.

I'm saying don't be surprised if Chicago loses alot of games in the first half of the season due to time to gel and chemistry. Who's our enforcer. Look like Thad did everything. When teams force them to play physical who can bully the opposing teams best player. There's going to be teams coming for our poor defenders throat.

Miami is battle tested and play hard and physical. But if lonzo is real. And pat Williams is also. Then where a totally different team. I still want a better rim protector then bradley but knicks, Bulls, and heat and hawks. There going to battle each time they face off. For the first time in a long time I feel happy about seeing how well they do as a contender

Nobody knows how good lavine will be defensively. What happens if he's really figured it out on that end. Bulls actually did get decent defensively. Pat Williams. Alex carouso, lonzo ball, Tony bradley, tbj, djj. Bulls can actually be a 3rd seed. It's going to be a nightmare trying to stop vuc ,Zach, and derozan. All 3 averaged at least 25 ppg at one point of the careers. Then let pat Williams start getting aggressive and lonzo. I wonder if we actually know what we have
