It will be interesting to see who wins the PF battle here, Baxter, Spellman or Shittu.. One will almost for sure be on main roster as backup PF.

I love the fact that the Bulls are giving us some videos on summer league.

Per video Pat is working on his vocal leadership this summer. I hope that he is focusing on offensive awareness and picking apart the defense by either making the right pass or being aggressive when the play breaks or the shot clock is low. I feel like those are important leadership skills. He can’t be a passive 3D type player with his relative skill here in SL and be a good leader, IMHO

Will they have him work on a specific skill (off hand, playmaking, ball handling, post defense, PnR defense) to try to make him more complete without pushing him out of his current regular season roll significantly.

I’m always so intrigued what a coaching staff is going to do with the best talent on a summer league roster. If they let him go iso all game it doesn’t let you evaluate the rest of the team, is not going to be too helpful once he is back as 4th option in the regular season, and can give a false sense of confidence given the inferior level of play in summer league.

Pat has all the talent and physical tools you would want. I want to see him take the next step in terms of being more assertive offensively and even more aggressive defensively. If he does take that next step it would be huge for this team. I’m a big fan of his potential.

I'm sure it's the usual mirage thing, but Pat looks taller and leaner.

This is not news, we assume new Bulls picks always grow an inch.

I think Bulls SL team is going to be really good. Will be fun to see what Ayo has and how Dotson and PW have improved.

Want to see P.Will dominate obviously

In the above YouTube, coach whats his name says Dotson has put in a lot of work and has gotten better. I guess the combo guard pipeline is pretty full right now, but Dotson the only pure point. Which may not fit with AK philosophy idk. But if Dotson stays in the mix at least as an available asset, the Bulls could use a different look. I want to watch him and Ayo become strong assets at least as future trade chips. Simonovic is very critical to the Bulls depth. This is an important SL group.

Ehh, as a two-way contract maybe but as a full roster player? Doubtful.

The Portland Trailblazers summer league team has assembled a god squad of talented former NBA players. They have Michael Beasley, Kenneth Faried, Jordan Crawford, Emmanuel Mudiay, and our own Antonio Blakeney on their SL roster.

Funny, and completely serious, I thought he looked a bit fatter and shorter than I remember.

Kenneth Faried would be a good pick up for us. High energy guy off the bench.

For what it's worth, Warriors fans seem to have liked Spellman. His biggest issue seems to be conditioning.

We are screwed if this true. I don’t believe AKME is dumb enough to go into the season with basically zero frontcourt depth.

I like that the priority is to showcase everyone's individual talents, and then the next priority is winning after that.

Ayo seems to have great size for a PG even in an NBA setting.

For what it's worth, Warriors fans seem to have liked Spellman. His biggest issue seems to be conditioning.

Maybe he can be our Jared Sullinger 2.0.

Ben Wallace was an undrafted HOF. There is talent in the summer league pool. We just need to dig deep.

I'm just going to assume the Lauri situation is going to be resolved any time soon and the tampering thing is going to be extremely annoying for an extended period of time.

Sooo...full focus on the Summer Bulls.
