Yeah, in a league with Lebron James, the Bulls are the ones to go after.

An increase in fines for tampering, for entering into unauthorized agreements with players and even for talking about players under contract elsewhere passed unanimously, commissioner Adam Silver said, in a vote of the Board of Governors. Final figures still were to be determined, though reports have suggested the maximum fines could rise to $10 million for tampering, $6 million for improper deals and $5 million for comments enticing other teams’ players.

AD got his hand slapped with a few pennies on the dollar during his 2019 trade which was so blatant as tampering. They only look the other way when it suits them.

They can definitely void this sign/trade if they want to

lol, weren't the bulls also the only team to get blowback for tank, er, load management? Nothing will come of this except maybe a fine thankfully.

I'll go ahead and make a sig bet that Mikal is better by RPM this year than Zach.

I mean, there were so many leaks that Ball to Chicago was a done deal, he intends to sign with Chicago in the opening minutes, etc. Same sort of thing happened to Lowry. Everyone may do it, but if you make it that obvious then what do you expect will happen?

Why they don't do it when it's a team that Lebron is on? This is a joke.
