I agree with Panda. I love UD but him taking away a roster spot at this point is just pointless. We need a backup PG to give us solid set offense when Lowry is resting. Give UD a job as un assistant or whatever. Retire NO.40

Heat should claim it was framework of a deal from trade deadline. Also, thought we could talk trade.

I’m sure it’s just formality from NBA. I think we should be covered. Even Lowry covered himself in presser saying he had no contact with anyone in Miami front office due to S&T. Butthurt GM’s and owners like Mark Cuban probably chirping.

Really wish we had someone at pg instead of Gabe as a back up. And maybe another SF. But the team is pretty solid. Let's see what happens this season. Should be fun as always.

Weve been tampering since 1995.. when we hired Riley we were hit with tampering, and the year after we tried to get Juwan Howard and got the deal voided (thankfully). Its part of Heat culture, leave us alone.

This is a player ran league and both teams and players agreed to the deals. Bogdan situation was different last year cause he never agreed to be S&T to the Bucks. The players union is a lot more powerful today then it was when the Howard deal got voided. That won’t fly today. Both these deals going through.

Miami could easily say they had a framework in place already at the trade deadline. Raps allowed teams to negotiate contract terms. Bulls on the other hand might have some splaining to do.

Wonder if it was the Pelicans bitching to the league since they didn't get Lowry and lost Lonzo so now they want a do over lol

But it was probably Mark Cuban because a) he's Mark Cuban, and b) the Raps have been playing hardball with him over Gogi

This was totally Mark Cuban. Griffin agreed to the deal with the Bulls. He could have matched if he wanted to.
