-Lionel Chalmers was retained from Clifford's staff and will presumably continue in a player development role.
-All four new assistants have past experience as head coaches in the G-League.
-Tibbetts, Mermuys and Brielmaier have all worked with Mosley before.
-Tibbetts and Osbourne coached together in both the G-League and the NBA
-Mermuys was Director of Basketball Ops at Arizona while Brielmaier was a player there.

The Magic didn't confirm it, but my guess is that Tibbetts, Mermuys and Osbourne will be on the bench with Brielmaier and Chalmers behind the bench.

Before WeHamm came to Orlando, the Magic had no player development program. They brought in Bonner, and she is very analytic. For me, for Mosley to place her courtside, this is further evidence that this season is about "getting better".

p.s. Bonner probably had a major role in this draft.

From what I can tell from her various interviews, especially the long ones during lock-down, her aspiration is to be a GM, not a Head coach.
