Kinda like poku not playing. His body work is obviously more important at this point
“If you're getting stops and you're making threes and the other team's not scoring, that's when you're going to see a huge point difference there,” coach Billy Donovan said.

Yeah, but I kinda wanted to see Poku stylin' and profilin'.

(Joke: in profile, the only thing visible is Poku's adam's apple)

That's gotta be so deflating. You get drafted. You're dreams have come true and ... Here's 75000 bucks.
(Although could be worse, used to always be there's a d league contract and 24000 bucks with those later second round guys)

It can't be surprising to him since our roster is so large and he was picked 55th.

Money is still money but hey if he develop he will get a guaranteed contract . It’s more than just about the first contract .

If there's a team to get a 2 way contact from it's this one. He'll get a chance to play in nba games.

Didn’t know it, but we got a SL deal with Oscar Da Silva. He’s a really interesting big. Not sure if he’s an NBA big but he’s worth taking a look at. No idea who Rob Edwards is.

No Krejci due to injury, probably. Being cautious with him.

Agreed on both points about Da Silva. Just awesome between the ears. Really knows how to play the 5 but doesn't have the NBA physical tools to excel at that position. Popped way more than Ziaire did for Stanford last year.

I absolutely love everything about Jalen Green so far. The game, the attitude, the style, the panache. It's the whole package. This is going to be his League at some point.

Giddey hurt his ankle. Starting the tank injuries early this year.

Wiggins looks smooth. Garza looks like Bert from Bert & Ernie.

Theo with 15 points. 11 dimes.

Robinson-Earl played a good game of basketball.

Tre Mann had flashes, but looks like nerves got to him. He can shoot it better than he showed. He’s going to go through a big adjustment period.

Wiggins showed why he should’ve been drafted higher.

Josh Giddey went down with a left ankle sprain.

I’m wondering what else could happen to make this more of an underwhelming offseason. This is becoming the off-season of purgatory.

Considering that game was against a Detroit team featuring 3 players that will actually start for them, was good to see Theo look like the best player on the floor. Giddey getting hurt 2 minutes into the game is incredibly deflating, hopefully he's good to play in game 2.

Mann's handle was as clean as advertised, putting some weight on like Maledon did is going to help a lot. Wonder if he's going to spend some time with the Blue to get used to the physicality.

Both 2nd round guys impressed, JRE already looks certain to stick as a glue guy. Wouldn't be shocked if he takes most of Roby's minutes this season.

Not worried about Cade, but bit of a bummer to see him underwhelm after Green, Mobley, and Barnes all had pretty good first games.
