Forget the Barnes vs Suggs. It’s Suggs vs Flynn.

Mobley might be considered a bust just because of that fit in Cleveland. Love and Allen both have starters contracts. Did they pay Allen $100 mil to come off the bench? If not they must've drafted Mobley to play the 4 and he clearly can't at this point. They shouldve picked Barnes but they were too scared.

He played very good defense. imagine how Kyle Lowry impacts the game that doesn't reach the stat sheet. That's what Suggs was doing. Also he was playing with Cole Anthony the whole time and Anthony is about the worst PG i've ever seen. He's like the Aron Baynes of PGs.

Re: Summer League Thread Part 2: Aug 11 GS @8pm TSN 4
Suggs looked good today, especially defensively. But I still think we made the right pick. Suggs competes like a winner, but nothing in his game is transcendent, flashy, or dynamic- which the best guards in this league have. He was the best player on the floor today where most of the guys on the floor, are not NBA-caliber...and he had an anchor on his team in Cole Anthony.

In OT he scored all of the points except for two. Boosted his totals to end the game.

He got better as the game went on, and made winning plays down the stretch, specifically defensively

Suggs is nice, Flynn basically put up similar stats.

Wut. Suggs is a great playmaker. Would’ve had more assist if his team wasn’t trash
Imo he has a high ceiling. Being NBA ready just means higher chance of becoming a star.
Wade, Bosh, and Melo were all NBA ready and produced right away.
It’s these project guys with “high ceilings” that become bust

He'd be even better if he was the only PG out there instead of playing with Anthony.
Magic fans want the back court to be Suggs and RJ Hampton. we think the front office will force Suggs and Fultz

Over reaction, he had some big plays and wanted to win but not what people are making it seem, same with Barnes... definitely am over reaction.
If they both have the same stat line in a regular season game, let's say game 25...no one will be gushing over anything, if anything more will be complaining

I'm seriously concerned about Mobley's development in Cleveland. They already don't have the best development organization. Now you're forcing him to stay at the perimeter offensively. Defensively i think the paring will be fine, but offensively is gonna be rough for him.

He definitely won that game for Orlando down the stretch with blocks and clutch buckets. Very calm. Never rushed, simple smart plays. He's like an athletic Lowry.

We talking about Suggs right? Not Anthony?

Nah don't do that, it's gonna be like Suggs and Cole today

Flynn is nice. Really really nice. He's also 3 years older and not as dominant defensively (and he's a good defensive player)

Wish we found a way to trade Siakam for a couple more picks. This draft is nuts. Suggs sounds like a stud but don't forget our guy Flynn.

Great playmaker with 1 assist and 22 shots? Doesn't matter how **** your team is. If you're a great playmaker you won't end up with 1 assist as a lead guard.
