Picks in the 40s you do not draft on fit at all you take guys who are the best available and Cooper was the obvious pick ....Everyone here was mad we passed on him twice in a row and he got picked right after...

FVV Won't be here forever and Cooper would be a heck of a backup PG in the Future ....Banton/Johnson didnt show me nothing so far but we shall see

It’s not like we haven’t passed on many other Canadians before. If we wanted to pick purely based on him being Canadian, there were other options

TBH with you i won't be surprised if Banton is out of the league in 2 years ....He isn't that good...Cooper will be a key backup PG for a contending team ....Height doesn't ever beat skill

Which stats? The Nuggets no Heat have consistently produced good players with 2nd rounders and undrafted players, just like us

In the 2nd round you're trying to find players that have the skillset to develop into an NBA player. Banton has a very intriguing skillset for a guy his size and the Raptors feel that is worth taking a flier on in the 2nd round.

The fact you think the Raptors drafted Banton because he's Canadian is absolutely absurd. Some of the conspiracy theories on here are outrageous, from Suggs tanked his workout to the Raptors drafted Banton because he's Canadian. Do you honestly think a team with our track record would do something like that?
