I thought he was underwhelming in his debut, but he looked great yesterday. He's still slow as molasses, but the IQ is obviously there which allows him to somewhat compensate with good positioning. Still need to see how he holds up defensively against NBA-level bigs before I jump on that bandwagon.

Wonder how they'll distribute the minutes for the back to back today and tomorrow, if any guys will get rested for one of the games

I am looking for a better game from my guy David Johnson. He shot it poorly last game, but that was definitely a game where everyone had jitters for some reason.

I also expect Precious to take over on the offensive glass. This guy is a perfect SL athlete, but just don't let him handle the ball too much.

Lastly, I just want Scottie to lock in on defense early and get a few deflections and steals. When he gets going on defense you can feel the energy level rise across the team. It really is something special to watch.

Let's lock up Kuminga and Moody. Honestly, I would be surprised if Kuminga forces the issue because he thinks he should have been higher in the draft. It will be interesting to see if he matches up with Scottie. I am kind of expecting a 7-23 night for Kuminga, but we will see what happens.

I think he has the tools to become a Trae- or Dame-like player offensively (maybe not as efficient, but not too far off either), hence why I wanted him. Good shotmaking with excellent defence is a special player.

Man I wish we did the Siakam to GSW trade. Even if we had to throw in a future protected 1st. We could've drafted Kuminga and Sengun. Bruh. Imagine in 5 years.

Fred/Flynn
OG/Trent
Kuminga
Barnes/Boucher
Sengun/Wiseman

And knowing Masai, who knows what we could've got out of Wiggins.

I'd expect Flynn to get shut down eventually. He's too good for this level and can score whenever he wants.

I can imagine exactly what's going to happen in 5 years with this list of players. If you think they're all going to turn out great, then at least half of them won't be here anymore because we can't afford them.

You're right. It's even easier for a pro athlete to maintain a healthy diet.

Plenty of pro athletes are vegan. Djokovic, GOAT tennis player is vegan. Hamilton, GOAT F1 driver is vegan. Lots of NBA and NFL players are vegan. There are Olympic weightlifters who are vegan.

If Cade has lost weight, and we have nothing to go by other than the "eye test" for that, it has nothing to do with whether he eats meat or doesn't. You can lose (or gain) weight by eating anything.

if I may, please don't randomly drop GOAT like that
Federer is the GOAT (Class does matter in tennis)
Senna is the GOAT (2. Prost 3. Schumacher 4. Hamilton(Stuttgart has done most of his driving))
Thank you for your time!

Totally OT, but I need to respond lol.

Djokovic has objectively achieved more than Federer. Class doesn't mean ****. Jordan was a dick, but you wouldn't argue that he isn't the GOAT because of it.

Joker definitely is not a dick.

the media sucks, dont buy the weak narratives.

He’s got that post Soviet stiffness, but if you look deeper you’ll find one of the better role models and global ambassadors of sport.

cult member to the rescue.

the diet is perfect, we're all misinformed.

perhaps, the premise is that a 20 year old cade, didnt is still learning how to efficiently be on a vegan diet, as there is a learning curve. Perhaps, he made a few misteps which led to him losing some size and strength.

also, way easier for Djokovic to effectively go vegan as a 30 something year old with 100 million in the bank, than a 20 year old cade that probably only read a few google articles.

There is absolutely nothing to suggest that Cade's weight loss, if real (again, people are basing this on an "eye test"), is unintentional and caused by his diet. You are pulling an assumption completely out of your ass.

only if you lack critical thinking skills and logic.

Or,

there is no correlation between diet and weight.

pick one.

He missed all the shots he normally makes, but he got 15 points and 15 rebounds (7 offensive), with 4 blocks, 3 assists, and only one turnover. I'd say that is pretty impressive, definitely not underwhelming especially considering the shot will start to fall around the hoop as that is one of his great strengths.

Scottie 15-7-7
Flynn 32-4-5
Achiuwa 15-15

This Warriors team doesn't have the will, coordination or structure to hang with the Raptors. Toronto will run their system and get whatever they want in it. Its going to be a blowout. Scottie wont have to rebound or score as much because its gonna be a blowout, so his numbers aren't going to look amazing. Thats my prediction.

I’ll go conservative with mine.

16/7/4 for Scottie
18/4/4 for Flynn

If Precious is playing. 12/11/2

Return to Toronto Raptors
