um... is it really a big deal that UD gets a deal?

Exhibit 10 to SXF is the way.

We'll open a roster space later in the season for one of the others. The Heat really can only develop a couple players a season anyhow.

SF/PG Jimmy Butler 6’7 SF/SG Max Strus 6’5
SG/SF Duncan Robinson 6’7 SG/PG Tyler Herro 6’5

Happy with that… Herro can play back up PG to fill that void (yeah yeah I know, but don’t have better options).. Tucker can also fill in at SF

Would personally swap Omer for Bam, Bam for PJ, Dedmon for Omer and PJ for Markieff.

Best lineup would be:

C- Yurt/Dedmon
PF - Bam/Morris
SF - Duncan/Tucker
SG - Butler/Herro
PG - Lowry

I can only wish right…

The team needs a backup point guard. We let Nunn go because we didn't want to pay luxury tax and then we go ahead and waste a spot on UD. This is a veteran team, UD is not needed.

I don't care that he came back but get a legit backup point guard first. When they signed Lowry and gave Butler that extension they were going all in for the next 2 - 3 years. For this team to win they need everything to fall right. That means you can't end up 6th and go out in the 1st round because Lowry was out for 2 weeks and you no one to back him.

Unfortunately Vincent

I wouldn’t choose Strus over Tucker or Herro.. only as 3rd string..

I really liked what I saw from Jarreau tonight. Definitely brings a ball handling and PnR skillset that Garrett doesn't have that could be valuable to the team. Also brings it defensively.

Was a little surprised though that we saw so little of Nembhard after how he performed last game.

If the lakers sign Thomas I’m going to be pissed. They will have a PG rotation of Westbrook, nunn and Thomas. Like we couldn’t sign Thomas with UD money and a little more if needed, to complete our PG rotation till dipo returns :banghead:

Kieff was most likely promised a role to begin with here so that’s why i kept him in.

Maybe. As of today Omer looks like a much better pure scoring big to anchor the second unit if he’s not starting. If Spo goes with 10 then Dedmon plays. My most ideal starters with bench goes 9-10 with Dedmon as the 10th man. Tucker as defensive stopper off bench when Butler sits.

C Omer Yurtseven 7’0 (C Dewayne Dedmon 7’0)
PF Bam Adebayo 6’9 PF Markieff Morris 6’9
SF Jimmy Butler 6’7 SF PJ Tucker 6’5
SG Duncan Robinson 6’7 SG Max Strus 6’5
PG Kyle Lowry 6’1 PG Tyler Herro 6’5

My gut says we'll start the season with:

Lowry / Vincent / Jarraeu (2-way) / Oladipo (inj)
Robinson / Herro / Garrett (2-way)
Butler / Strus
Morris / Tucker / Okpala
Adebayo / Dedmon / Yurtseven / Haslem

We often carry a roster spot, so could see this being the way we go initially. Starting Morris gives us a bigger frontcourt to begin the game, and he can play the Meyers role. Tucker will get the lions share of the minutes at PF though given Spo's fetish for small ball, with Bam playing mostly still at the 5. Dedmon will get his spot minutes of 10-15 a night.
