The people doing the broadcasts for summer league really don't understand who is watching these games. Anyone who is turning into NBA summer league games in August wants to watch young players and see how they look.

Instead, most of the time, they're talking about anything other than the game, and almost steadfastly refusing to call out the names of players who are making plays, despite the fact that their names are small on the jerseys and not very well known yet.
