for real, i liked the pick and expect Suggs has a better rookie season. 3 or 4 years from now on is when we will really see the value won/lost

I think Raptors fans are just too reactionary. We all know what we drafted! This is a bit of a project. We all knew that Suggs was the most ready player next to Green entering Summer League. After he had one good game, too many fans took a hit of that copium and now they’re going through withdrawal.

Sometimes, you just need to make the obvious pick. Suggs was the guy.

We’ll just have to see in a year or two. Like Doris Burke said, Raptors are not in a position to win a chip next year, so they do have time to let him develop. It’s too late now anyways, so we as fans gotta believe in the kid and believe in our development team! I just think too many fans are giving him **** after one bad game.
