Flynn is literally brain dead

Weaseling out of things is important to learn; it’s what separates us from the animals … except the weasel

Because your hero Masai spent the entire year in Africa and didn’t scout. The showed up and pulled names out of a hat
Barnes will never be an elite player. Best he will become is OG.
Way to slow, wait until regular season. No way this guy keeps up.
You sound like a big moron
This fanbase is pathetic and ungrateful, 2 years after a title and literally the best drafting front office in the league
There is nothing in his post which indicates how tall or heavy he is.

You've been watching since 03 and you're STILL making definitive statements on guy's careers based on a couple of games? That's tuffsimple_jack wrote:bon wrote:I love armchair Summer League scouts who just started watching these players lolNRSV wrote:Sucks bad. Big miss.
Suggs has perennial all-star written all over him.

Lol I’ve been watching summer league since 03.
I’m not saying Barnes is a bad player or a terrible pick but I think we missed. It happens.
And I know watching summer league to ignore a few things like turnovers, assist, fg%, points, etc.
Games are usually sloppy because of the talent. I watch for athleticism, fluidity, court vision, and ability to score and get to the basket.
Barnes will look better in games with better spacing. But I think Suggs was the pick

There has been a lot of amazing summer league performances from players who never outlived their performances. Just recently history, Kuzma and Hart balled the hell out in summer league. Now no one wants Kuzma and Hart is just a role player. There is absolutely NO way you can evaluate the future performance of a player just based on Summer League of all places!

Unlike Barnes, Suggs also has an offensive game in the half court. It’s good to have that in the NBA.
I’m Pretty sure 99% of this board would have taken Suggs, so maybe asking Masai himself would be a better idea
99 percent of this board would have taken Suggs right up until the point Barnes was drafted and they became his biggest backers.

If everyone could tell who was the best player based on college play the draft wouldn’t be a huge crapshoot yet it is
