Just wish he had the twin's size and bulk, he has more talent for sure. Not sure why he slipped so low in the draft

Same height and has a 7 foot wingspan vs Cody's 6'10 wingspan...but yeah Lewis is 189lb and Cody is 205lb. Still not crazy different and obviously Lewis is way younger and has way more upside/potential.

Watching and seeing quite a mix of stuff. BOUK seems hesitant, similar to the last game where he’s not as engaged in the first half. Scottie Lewis’s with a burst of energy and production! Kai has potential but he really needs a lot of work and development that he won’t get with the main club. I think he needs a lot of Greensboro tutoring. Gelo again looks like a very limited player.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

Really? He looks a lot smaller.

Riller is useless. This is grade school level basketball, find a way to get the ball inbounds and get open. Riller is so lackadaisical. Bouknight needs to help too.

The positive side about this off-season is that it looks like we now can probably breathe a sigh of relief for the future.

We definitely have the pieces in order to make serious adjustments to our roster without any real huge drop off and plenty of cap space to gain.

As long as our development staff executes their job well, we’re good to go.

Bouknight really turns it on in the 2nd half

Yes, which is actually a good sign…especially if he is our Rozier replacement of the future.

Agreed the eye test does make Lewis look pretty thin. But he's also a better athlete and I think already a better defender...haha might be getting carried away but looking forward to him being one of our best G-leaguers to start off. Glad he has the 2-way.

We definitely snatched Kai to develop into a Green or Jokic type of player. A big man who can pass is what separates a playoff team from the rest.

I didn’t take it seriously at first, but I’m convinced we should sign Gelo as a 3&D guy. Had no idea he’s that good of a 3pt shooter with a quick release.

I definitely think we should keep LiAngelo just to burn for 3-5 minutes per game and run plays for him. He’s almost automatic from 3 and if he can hit 1-3 in a short spurt…it can be a momentum changer and the difference between a win and a loss. If not, Greensboro he goes.

Richards is done, he just doesn't have it

Thor looks good. Needs seasoning but can be a 3 and D player with his size

Really like the potential for Thor. Kid's only 18 :o :o :o

6'9 with a 7'3 wingspan. Should be fun in Greensboro this year.

Yeah as I posted on the other thread I think Richards is done and Martin might be done too. Vern, Kai, and Thor can fight out the big man rotation behind Plumlee.

Also I think Gelo makes the team

I mean they T up Richards instead of giving Achiuwa the clear and obvious flagrant??? These refs at the end of these games may screw us again...

Kai is like one of those automated NBA2k rookies who are 80 overall yet shoot 35%.
