President Trump told two senior Russian officials in a 2017 Oval Office meeting that he was unconcerned about Moscow’s interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election because the United States did the same in other countries

PG County represent!
I’m 5’8”. He’s about 5’6”. His twin is a legit 6’.
There is an expression, “Low man wins”. I see his lack of height as a bit of an attribute for a running back.

Right, in a game of leverage, the player who gets lower has the advantage. And as huge as linemen are today, it can literally be hard to find a short squat RB like him.

Not a bad preseason game for Patterson, if he can return kicks he could make the team. He showed he can catch a pass coming out of the backfield but I don’t recall seeing him pass protect.
Reyes double caught everything, he’ll have to improve on that but I liked how physical he was on the line of scrimmage.
I missed the 1st quarter so I didn’t see Bates. I’m guessing he lined up with Thomas in 2 TE sets. Hopefully he played well.

I think they need Patterson to make the team. He's so much shiftier than our other RB's - looks like he's going 2 different directions at once, and he plays so low to the ground. I think Steven Montez played himself off the team. He threw the ball up for grabs every time there was a pass rush.

Re: The Washington Football Team Thread
All in all a pretty solid showing for the WTFs.
Some things that jumped out at me. Fewer penalties than the Pats? When was the last time that happened?
We have an offense that can stretch the field. No great qb, but two quite good ones.
Patterson ought to make the team.
Logan Thomas will be a pro bowler this year if he stays healthy.
Jamin Davis was a complete non factor
Chase Young? Well he’s Chase Young. Nuff said

There's simply no substitute for speed and quickness. Samuel has it, and Harmon and AGG don't. If AGG makes the team, I'd be surprised if he gets much playing time. Samuel - if healthy - will be a difference-maker.

Lamar Miller got cut I thought for sure he would stick as a vet option at the end of the bench .

How's Sami Reyes looking? He has every physical tool, but is he just too green to add value, even in a special teams role?
Always remember, my friend: the world will change again. And you may have to come back through everywhere you've been.

Hard to say without breaking down film. I have three data points: in two cases he bobbled balls thrown to him but did manage to hang on. In one case, he set the edge for a sweep and absolutely manhandled the DE, driving him clear across back to where the other DE was and finally pancaking him.
