Sorry, no good thread to post this in, and it doesn't deserve a thread by itself.
I watched some of the little league World Series and noticed a lot of the pitchers have a jerky delivery to the plate: They stride, their elbow cocked back, and then jerk their arm forward after their stride is almost completed. Not only does it seem inefficient (upper and lower body movement not integrated), but it seems like it would put a lot of stress on the elbow.
Anyone know proper pitching form & can comment?
