If he makes a big leap, he could have really good value at the trade deadline / next year’s draft. Great value for us at this price imo

Nice deal for the Pistons which could turn into a steal if he trends upwards with his jump shot.

Okafor: "Hey, what is Hamidou doing putting stuff into my locker."
Piston's management: "He's uhh.... cleaning it for you. Step over here for a minute Jahlil...."

Waiving Okafor or trading JJ? Dumping Okafor is obviously my preference but I can't imagine he has any real trade value at this point.

Great deal to get Hami back. Wouldn’t be surprised at all if we hear that year 2 is a player option.

Hopefully!

Great signing, great value, kid has heaps of potential.

Going to be very interesting to see how the guard/wing rotation shakes out

The Pistons have until the start of the regular season to get the roster of signed players down to 15.

Time for us to ponder how Weaver performs a little sleight of hand during the agonizing wait.

Would’ve liked 3 years with a team option on the 3rd. Weaver is really all in on next off season

Secretary “thank you for calling little Caesars arena, this is lisa how can I help you?”

Okafor “hey it’s jahlil Okafor and my passcode for the door doesn’t work”

Lisa “………….”

Okafor “hello?”

On a side note this is a solid deal to keep Diallo.

Yeah, I’m not surprised that his passcode doesn’t work at Joe Louis arena.

Was hoping for a longer deal. He's a keeper.

A no brainer signing at a reasonable number. I never bought into the crazy narrative that the Pistons couldn't fit him in when he's better than most of the bench players. I expect Okafor to get cut or Josh Jackson to get traded.
