Resident clown back at it trying to make teams overspend, I think the GMs are smart enough to know just because you can spend X doesn't mean you should spend all your cap space.

Checking the weather for Sunday and it obviously doesn't look good. They are calling for a couple of inches of rain and 25-30MPH winds where I am. With conditions like that, there is a chance that I lose power. If that happens, the opening of FA will obviously have to be delayed. I assume I am further upstate then a lot of you and it seems like the storm is heading towards the Island so a lot of you look like you'll be hit even worse then me. If anyone feels that they will not be able to get online on Sunday to participate in FA please let me know. We will do everything we can to make sure everyone has a fair opportunity to participate.
