I don't know how many games they'll win, but the Raptors are making the playoffs. They'll surprise a lot of people in the south and end up somewhere in the middle of the playoff pack in the East. This team is too defensive minded and scrappy to not win a lot of games. They struggled to lose last season with 3rd stringers and no big man.

here's a bone for the tampa tragedy - you get 5 of first 6 at home. oh yeah, 11 of the next 14 are on the road. you're welcome.

from jan 14 to the end of the year, there's 41 games. 15 of which are home. 4 of those are in april when there may be nothing to play for.

from jan 7 to mar 24, we don't play at home more than 2 games in a row.

this is a pretty brutal schedule.

I see OG, FVV and Siakam being all stars. Malachi most likely wins 6moty. Also GTJ will keep improving and average 20ppg on 40% from 3. Defense will be top 5 in the NBA while Nick Nurse's masterful playbook will lead us to a top 15 offense despite working with minimal offensive talent!

I did a manual calculation and I got to 37 wins on the nose. The majority of the b2b's are brutal on the back end. They have 13 back to backs. They play MIL, BKN and ATL twice each on the tail ends of back to backs. Brutal. They also get Dallas, Denver, Philly on the tail end of back 2 backs. Theres like 10 or so baked in losses right there.

Through the 1st quarter of the season, I see them at just under .500 with 8 or so wins. By the midway point, I see them at just over .500 with 22 or so wins.

The 2nd half of the season is brutal though with more than half of the games on the road where they'll pick up just 15 wins to get them to 37 in total. From Jan 14 to Mar 21, they play 23 of their 31 games on the road. This is where they'll make or break the season. If they do well over this stretch, they'll get the over. However, at this point, I only see them pulling out 8-9 wins from those 31 games.

That 37 o/u is a lot tighter now that I've seen the actual schedule.

Every year I feel like the raptors will always be over. If I bet the last 8 years I would be up huge (apart from last year).

We will win a lot of home games because visiting teams won't have complete roster because of vaccination requirements.

I didn’t know the pacers would have a bunch of guys injured. But yeah Wizards are frauds it seems. Also after this thread I made an updated one where they’re a high 30s win team.

With how good Scottie has been I wouldn’t be shocked if they’re a low 40 win team now (if he comes back from this injury fine).
