If there's a hole that's going to kill us - it's this one.
Lauri Markkanen still unsigned right?
Tucker and Markieff aren't holes. Tucker gives you defense and Markieff gives you offense for your bench unit.

Tucker is a good defender but let's not act like he's Gobert.
On offense he might be the worst/most limited player that is expected to play big minutes for a contender in the entire NBA.
Markieff averaged 5 point in 2020 and 6 points in 2021. If that's our "offensive" option our offense is going to struggle.
Both of them should be in the limited minutes backup role on a good team. Sadly we have no real starter to play ahead of them.

Markieff just two years ago averaged 11 points with Detroit in 22 min shooting close to 40% from 3 on 4.3 attempts. He ended up going to the Lakers to ring chase and got stuck behind a very deep front court suppressing his numbers. If he can get back to 2019-20 levels then that's exactly what we need along side Bam to take pressure off especially in the defense and rebounding department. Kieff is the same age as Butler. I think he has a renaissance culture comeback year with us. I honestly hope he starts for us. I prefer Tucker coming off the bench when Butler has to sit. Spo most likely goes with Tucker though.
