We should know more in a few hours. Lots of rain so far and wind is starting to pick up. But it moved right more. So NY/CT not going to get hit as hard as expected. Rhode Island will though.

I'm in Massachusetts not far from the Rhode Island line and it's not bad here right now.

Suppose you are winning a bid in the first round but lose it in the second round. If Bish dont tell you the new price, can you assume the price is out of the threshold range?

that is correct. But I assume the player on the FA list that you were winning changed the time he would sign which is how you know you aren't leading anymore. That means someone went above your bid by the threshold amount. Otherwise if it didn't change you don't get a you are the leading bid every time period so you would still be winning.

I thought if you don’t get a PM that your out of the race and would need to improve your bid.
It goes by the time changed?

you get the first PM that you are winning the bid from bish. If you never get a PM that you are winning at anypoint you aren't leading.
But I was answering the question that if you got a PM first saying you were leading but then didn't get a PM the second time. That doesn't necessarily mean your bid got outbid. You would need to look at the FA list to see if the date of the player signed changed.

So leading bid with no second Pm + no date change = still leading
&
Leading bid with no second pm + date change = possibly outbid
