9/28? I need more recovery time than that.

Btw I really enjoyed malice at the palace on Netflix.

They interviewed Reggie Miller, Jermaine O'Neil, Ron artest, s. Jackson, and b. Wallace. Also a couple Detroit fans the pacers gm and a few others.

But mostly it was from the pacers perspective.

It was a perspective I hadn't seen before. Also we didn't really think about mental health back then so I did find it interesting.

I enjoyed it to a certain extent. It’s hard to be “journalistic” in any sense of the word when you’re only interviewing the guys who helped make the film. I was also expecting those guys to take some accountability for their actions and other than Metta, that was sorely absent. Always an excuse.

So, uh, did anything ever happen with the Ball/Lowry tampering? I feel like that story vanished, swept under the rug.

I think Ron's for me was the most intriguing. He was just this bad boy mysterious crazy dude... So to hear what made him tick was fascinating. I also didn't realize Reggie retired after that.

I believe we didn't lose our pick until December so I'm guessing we won't hear anything for awhile. Or maybe not at all as they'll sweep it under the rug.

If the Lowry / Ball tampering ends up more a slap on the wrist than severe punishment it’d add some new context about the extent to which Bogdan’s agent might have scuttled that deal due to the money as opposed to the chances of it being voided.

Sure the league might have gone harder at the Bucks since we’re a small market they felt they can easily make an example of.

But either way there’s plenty of blame to go around and Bogdan’s agent already had some history of f*ckery.

I couldn’t recall the timeline for us losing the pick, so that helps. I guess I’ll keep my eyes peeled for info in the future.

I genuinely don’t know anyone personally who watches that stuff anymore, but obviously there’s a market for it still. It would be great if ESPN would hire professionals in journalism more often than personalities and former players with limited insights, but hey, we know what we’re getting with that network.

So just because there happens to be three guys, it's automatically a 'big 3'??

Maybe it's cause they're collectively bigger than Windhorst.
