Fournier's response to his rendering is not allowable via board rules, but let's just say "he is not happy".

Im genuinely confused why the Cavs decided to sign and trade for Lauri. Doesn't make sense spending that much for a Channing Frye like player.

Another twist of faith where it gets obvious that Lebron is golden goose who has too much power in a league

Shocker. Never understood why people wanted to make him the face of the NBA where his entire attitude shows he shouldn’t be.

Anyone else I'm missing? 4 players is more than an anomaly.

Bacon on an exhibit 10 at that lol

Anyone else think AG would've bolted the Nugs if either L.A. team had cash on hand?

I saw the wiretap, and wondered what some of the capologists here think.

AG is in a tough spot next season. If the Nuggets re-sign MPJ, they'll be at 130m with only 6 players under contract. They'll probably just let AG go.

I personally think too many people try to fit him into the mold of only wanting to play in wanting to play in big markets but the truth is he wanted to play in a winning market. If he signs an extension with Denver that's 10+ years of his career in smaller markets.

I think he likes the attention but in terms of personality he's laid back and is a bit of an eccentric dude. I don't think he cares as much about where as long as it has potential of winning.

Any chance we even try to snipe MPJ?

If we somehow got him for Nugs cap reasons, that might be the trade of our franchise's lifetime!

Wow, Rob! That's a bold statement. Do you think they traded for AG just to clear space to sign MPJ???

I've just read what seemed to be a lot of AG wanted to go home... Which is why I was originally good with his trade.

Agree on the rest though.

Even if he wants to go "home" he can't because those teams won't give him $20M contract. Simple.

CLippers, Lakers,Warriors are all capped out and won't be doing any sign&trades to get him.

Players like playing in LA, especially if it's home, but how many of them will take 1/5th of potential contract money to get there? Lou Williams might be only one.

Yeah, it's got to be the weirdest, richest form of disillusionment ever for a young guy... Forced to live somewhere you don't like or appreciate at the time, but making more than you could have imagined 10 years ago.

They probably thought they had a 2 year window, then Murray went down.

What are you talking about? As a self proclaimed Lebron hater, I will admit he has been a role model. He doesn't get arrest, doesn't have groupie news, is generally viewed as a good family man.

I think alot of the Lebron hate is geared towards his stance on a lot of social views but as a sports person he's a hella lot better than someone like Jordan.

What a bad situation with Simmons. Someone posted an interesting question that wasn't answered at the time.

"Is there a precedent for a player demanding a trade with 4 years left on their contract?" :o

If there is, I'd like to know the outcome of that!

This could be legit worse than the Dwightmare...

Also where do people think he will end up?

He wants one of the 3 Cali teams, can't see how that happens at this point.

The Warriors is the only one that's a possibility to me due to fit and assets available. Even then, I don't think Morey will want rebuild pieces like Kuminga or Wiseman.

I hope that Morey says 'Oh, you want to go to Cali?' and trades him to the Kings.

We could facilitate Warriors-76ers trade... not sure how , probably by taking some awful contract and picks ( or Moody  )

i dont know if it was a demand, or maybe behind the scenes. How many years were on his deal when Melo wanted to leave Denver for NY?

My memory sucks these days, but I don't think he did it publicly where it ended up on the wiretap.

This seems unprecedented, and could lead to some real ish down the road. I don't see owners handing out 150 million dollar contracts, only to have to trade that player the following year...

Then again this was so botched that I kinda get it from Ben's perspective. Kinda, I'm not a primadonna. Yet players only have so many years in the league and usually the 1st 8 are with the team that drafted you.
