JR Smith never articulates exactly the cause of his comments towards Dekker. From the article, and the quoted comments from Smith, one must ascertain there is little weight to the entire dispute and that Smith just doesn't like Dekker on a personal level. Otherwise, he should spell out in detail what he actually means instead of BS innuendo.
I can't find it sourced but I remember reading it was along the lines of "why can black people say the N word but white people can't" rhetoric from Dekker. Definitely a question even RealGMers are better than, on a good day.
The tweets from JR seem to bear that out.
