[Shams] Rondo bought out

Interesting to see if he gave anything back. At most it would be the vet min. Still a couple more cuts/moves coming.

Spotrac has him a dead 7.5m. So looks like he gave up 750k, better than nothing but it would have been nice to get the full vet min on him which would have been 2.6m. But we really didn't have the leverage to squeeze him too much. So it still a small win for our owners pocketbook.

edit: Now spotrac has him at 4,858,309...so maybe it did give up the full min. Nice.

Almost 3mln down. That`s surprisingly positive news.

If Juancho gives up the league min..another 2m off our cap. We would be sitting at 3 million below the cap. That 3 million might be enough to get a 2nd in a small salary dump trade later in the season.

Still have the room exception too, but I am not sure if there is anyone worth it, or worth taking away cap space next year too.

I kind of like keeping the Room Exception in order to sign someone for more than the min if we need say a Tyus backup PG replacement or if we do a trade that opens up a roster spot. I think we have been linked to one or two overseas guys that could be worth a short term flyer if we have nothing better to use a roster spot on.

And yeah even a few million under the cap would be good whether it is to take on a dump or give us a little more wiggle room in a deal of our own.
