That makes me think DC does want to come here, it's up to the FO to decide if he still has something left worthy of that last roster spot now.
See if he bites on a non guaranteed, then if nothing happens in the trade deadline or buyout market, guarantee him the rest of the year.

I don't believe anybody of his stature and at 34 years of age can be delusional enough to have such expectations after being out of the league and retired for two entire seasons. I'm sure he'd be happy with a chance to audition for a solid role off the bench if he's indeed serious about coming back.

The Nets god rid of DeAndre Jordan, who's going to be bought out by the Pistons and Alize Johnson was cut.
I think both could be decent pickups for the minimum.

DJ would be terrible here and I think he knows it too. Plus won't be given a decent role.. he's not on the radar. Alize Johnson could have been if it were way earlier in the offseason, but at this point.. unless he's willing to do a 2-way, which he shouldn't, I dont see how we could

DJ signing with the Lakers….maybe this means Gasol gets bought out and comes to the dubs. I would like him as a mentor to Wiseman and to play spot minutes.

Bibby is the only FA I really wanted on this team.
Aldridge is going to be fat....DeAndre Jordan....lol....Net's don't want him so Laker take him?

It's genius. Under the CBA, the players' Social Security benefits are deducted from the cap hit.

I haven't seen that, but if Collison were to get offers from both the Lakers and Warriors, and he chose the Lakers, it means he's just ring-chasing. There's no way that he'd have the same opportunity to play there (behind Westbrook and Rondo) as he would here, where he'd be the obvious back-up to Curry.
If I don't have anything funny to say, can I still have a signature?

Actually, I think he wants LAC. They don’t have a standout point.

Have you noticed there’s no noise about DC to the Clips? I suspect they have already offered him the minimum, and he is just trying to get a little bigger offer.

They have Reggie Jackson, Eric Bledsoe, Winslow. Then they drafter Preston and potentially Mann can also play PG. They may not have big names, but LAC's backcourt is crowded.

I wonder how Collison looked in his workouts. Nobody seems in a rush to sign him.

Even if he looks good I think no one wants to offer more than the vet minimum.

Now if nobody has even offered that…..

Im all in for this. Gasol would be a great mentor or extra reliable body against the big teams like Lakers/6ers.

How about this.
