I’d take a flyer on Isaiah Hartenstein.

I'd check if RHJ has learned how to shoot corner 3s

Jon K on a podcast excerpt found on Reddit:

Also he said the only offer for Vando is an offer from us and that the org is trying to lock him in a cheap deal.

Mirotic could become available, Barcelona is in a financial trouble and are asking him to take a paycut. They might ask him to find another team if he's not willing to take the paycut. I would be down to give him all the money that keeps us under the lux tax, Mirotic is a solid PF.

Intriguing. Is he an NBA free agent? I can’t believe we’d be his first choice if he decides to leave Europe.

I just assume he’d want a title contender and/or a warmer destination. Plus, after Ricky and Juancho, I can’t imagine our standing with Spanish players is great at the moment.

Yea, but hypothetically which team that is a playoff contender wants to give Mirotic the money and the role he would want but us? Mirotic left the NBA because he didn't like his reduced role, at least he said so in that interview when he signed for Barca. Other teams have their PF situation settled, we're the only ones who can give him 30+ minutes of play, and we can pay him decently on top of that.

But yea, I'm not sure if he wants to return to the NBA at all, maybe he just signs for another European team, or takes the paycut.

I've liked the idea for a while, plus he seemed to play well under Finch in NO.

Mirotic left the NBA specifically to go back to Europe. IIRC he preferred the style of play or something. I doubt he's coming back.

Barcelona might let him go but there's plenty of other teams he could go to.

Yeah, there is effectively zero shot he comes back the NBA. I would be absolutely shocked.

The problem is that pretty much all of the info we have has him as a better defensive player than an offensive one

Huh? He's talking about Jahlil, not Emeka.

And so am I.

He is a terrible offensive player
