How has he been in the league for 6 years already?

The Hornets have 3 point guards. Ball, Rozier, & Ish Smith. They just happen to start 2 of them together.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

They do indeed. Problem is if or when Ball gets hurt. There's no credible option replacing Rozier at the 2 if he has to take over as the primary ball handler and facilitator. I think the option of Smith as the starter is not ideal. So, maybe Charlotte needs a third shooting guard after Bouknight? I still prefer the third point guard as it preserves Rozier's role.

I agree, it's why I think a big guard that can fill both spots is an ideal depth piece - i.e. Dante Exum.

calling Rozier a PG is very, very generous- he is an outright bad playmaker. I'm definitely not comfortable if Ish Smith misses time, let alone LaMelo.

I wouldn’t say Dante is much of a point guard either. He is an athletic slasher who will look to pass but not really the offensive quarterback type

Kelly Oubre. He'll start if any of LaMelo, Terry, or GH miss a game. The issue will be games where two or more of those guys are down.

Is Mike James available? Just saw he cut ties with CSKA (or they cut ties with him) and he doesn't appear to be under contract. Played well for the Nets end of last year (or at least that was my impression)

Miami has a habit of taking terrible players, getting them to work for an offseason, making them look almost competent for a season, and then fooling themselves into believing they're worth a large 4 year contract.

Best of luck to him. Caleb deserves to be on a bench, always handy having a defensive athletic wing on the bench

Aaron Gordon just resigned with the Nuggets for 4/92. His numbers are MUCH worse then Terrys and he is older. I think we did ok on TRs deal.

I'm more worried about what this means for Miles Bridges (also a Klutch client). Miles could easily point to Gordon and say "I'm 23 and already that good"

I have no doubt the A-holes at Klutch will be in Miles' ear if he has a big season trying to get him to play in California or a big market. I just hope Mitch has the balls not to be bullied by them into a bad deal.

Miles is going to get paid at least 20 million or so on his next deal. Hopefully we can afford that and his chemistry with Melo makes him want to stay.

I wouldn't blame him.

Honestly thought Miles was getting extended before Terry. What does signing Kelly Oubre say about Mitch's contingency planning on that end.
