Curious to see if there any options/non-guarantees, but JMac is nice, cheap insurance depth at PG

His minimum would've been around $5.1 million total, for reference.

Last year non-guaranteed.

I consider Vando and J Mc to be pretty equally talented players. I guess there is more demand for forwards hence Vando getting twice as much.

Well and he's a potential starter

This much for a third string midget?

Wait how much is the minimum these days? This seems pretty low.

JMac's minimum of 2 years experience is like 1.62M

So now we wait on Bolmaro. Nothing to really negotiate there. The delay has to be trade related, right? They are waiting to see if he’ll be included in a deal before signing deal?

Has to be IMO. If he signs his rookie deal, he won't be able to be traded for 30 days or something I believe

Signing McLaughlin is a good insurance move in the case that Beverley gets traded at some point.

Getting J-Mac for marginally more than the min feels pretty good. The contract stability is worth it on his end too.
By the way, two-way deals suck for NBA talents. J-Mac got hurt by this.

Rest in peace Mamba. There'll never be another Kobe.

This is a great deal, in my opinion. He is an ideal third-string Point-Guard.

Well, this isn't exactly true...a great deal would be paying him what he was worth, this deal is an overpay, though the overpayment isn't really high.

I think Jordan McLaughlin is comfortably worth $6.5MM over three years, especially given the flexibility of the Team Option.

He is a minimum contract player. This was an overpayment. I am sure they were making up some for previous years and why it was done, but this deal is above market value.
